tn & ga dui school/YHSP information

TCCS is a State Licensed DUI School Facility located in Tennessee, near the Georgia state line, we are an out-of-state approved DUI School, and approved by the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health. 

Persons convicted of a DUI in the state of Tennessee are required to complete 12 hours of DUI School. 

Persons convicted of a DUI in the state of Georgia are required to complete 20 hours of DUI School and a Substance Abuse Evaluation, this must be scheduled separately. 

The Prime for Life Risk Reduction is a comprehensive, evidence based, early intervention course designed for education, information, and awareness in preventing the misuse of alcohol and other drugs in driving and for developing individual responsibility.   The curriculum leads students through the process of self-evaluation and personal reflection. Anyone may take the course.

All DUI classes include an assessment, this assessment is for your personal information and is not sent to the state. This assessment is not a Clinical Substance Abuse Evaluation. All DUI classes are offered in English and Spanish. All classes are in person. 

Fees & Schedule:

• TN 12 hour DUI School $125/Escuela de DUI de 12 horas de TN $125
• GA 20 hour DUI School $250/Escuela de DUI de 20 horas de GA $250  
• Youth Highway Safety Program (YHSP) $80 (ages 14-17)
• Substance Abuse Evaluation $175 (certain states $600)

English 12 hour is offered twice a month on Saturday 9:00am-9:00pm

English 20 hour is offered once a month on Saturday & Sunday 9:00am-7:00pm

Spanish 12 hour is offered once a month on Saturday 9:00am-9:00pm

Spanish 20 hour is offered once every other month on Saturday 9:00am-9:00pm & Sunday 9:00am-5:00pm

Lunch is from 1:00pm-2:00pm

Photo ID is required. You may book your class below. After booking you will receive a second email with further instruction and the intake packet. If you are able to print the intake packet, please fill it out and bring it to class with you. Intake packets are also available for download at the bottom of this page. 

YOU MUST SIGN IN by 8:30am and complete the registration process. Certificates are handed out upon completion of the class.

*No refunds! Once you are registered a seat is held for you. If you would like to reschedule ahead you may do so at no additional charge with a 48-hour notice. 

*Failure to attend your class will require you to pay a rescheduling fee for a seat in an upcoming class.  

$50 rescheduling fee for TN , $75 rescheduling fee for GA 

*Hours must be consecutive. Missing any portion of your class will require you to pay the rescheduling fee and start from the beginning.
